About the Role
The Food Experience Manager is responsible for the operational leadership and performance of Harvest in the Gardens' food and beverage portfolio.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee the daily execution, guest experience, labor performance, service standards, inventory management, and operational results across multiple dining concepts.
Working closely with the Culinary & Supply Chain Director, you will ensure culinary standards are executed consistently while creating an environment where guests receive outstanding hospitality every visit.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Concept Operations Leadership
Lead the daily performance of all food and beverage concepts.
Ensure operational consistency across assigned eateries and/or retail outlet.
Maintain exceptional guest service standards throughout every concept.
Ensure each location operates efficiently while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
Champion a guest-first culture across all dining environments.
Lead service recovery efforts and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Coach leaders and team members to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Foster an environment of warmth, hospitality, and operational excellence.
Financial & Operational Performance
Monitor sales, labor, productivity, and operational performance.
Execute established labor and food cost expectations.
Improve operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Support revenue growth through strong execution and leadership.
Inventory & Standards Execution
Ensure inventory accuracy and operational controls.
Minimize waste and product loss.
Partner with the Culinary & Supply Chain Director to execute recipes, product specifications, and food quality standards.
Reinforce operational consistency across every food concept.
Leadership & Team Development
Coach and develop restaurant leaders and supervisors.
Build accountability through regular coaching and performance feedback.
Foster teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Support leadership succession and talent development across the food portfolio.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
This is a highly visible, operations-focused leadership role.
45–55%: Floor leadership, guest interaction, and operational oversight
20–25%: Coaching leaders and developing team performance
15–20%: Reviewing labor, sales, inventory, and operational performance
10–15%: Cross-functional collaboration, planning, and leadership meetings
Evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events are a regular part of this role.
You will be expected to:
Lead from the floor during peak business periods.
Coach leaders in real time.
Support multiple concepts throughout the property.
Maintain high visibility with guests and team members.

Required Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, food and beverage, or multi-unit operations.
Experience leading multiple teams within high-volume environments.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, guest service, and operational performance.
Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-concept restaurant or destination hospitality experience.
Experience overseeing multiple food outlets simultaneously.
Experience opening new restaurants or hospitality concepts.
Knowledge of inventory management, food cost controls, and operational reporting.
Experience within a resort, entertainment venue, or destination environment.
