Interactive Entertainment Partner

Harvest in the Gardens (HITG) — Nassau, Bahamas

Help Create an Experience Guests Won't Stop Talking About.

At Harvest in the Gardens (HITG), memorable experiences are created by people who know how to combine hospitality, energy, attention to detail, technology, and a little bit of the unexpected.

We're looking for enthusiastic, technology-confident, and guest-focused Interactive Entertainment Partners to help deliver one of HITG's distinctive entertainment experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, helping guests try unfamiliar experiences, and creating moments that are fun, engaging, organized, and memorable.

You'll welcome guests, prepare them for participation, provide clear instructions, prepare and reset equipment, monitor guest comfort and safety, assist during the experience, and help keep everything operating smoothly throughout the day.

About the Role

Reporting to the Interactive Entertainment Shift Lead, you'll work directly with guests and equipment throughout each shift.

You'll help prepare each guest for participation, provide clear instructions, operate assigned guest-facing systems and equipment, monitor the experience, provide assistance when needed, and prepare the area for the next guest.

You'll also learn how to recognize routine equipment or system issues and complete approved basic troubleshooting steps.

You do not need to be a technical expert.

You do need to be comfortable learning technology, following procedures carefully, working directly with equipment, solving routine problems, and remaining calm and positive when something doesn't work exactly as expected.
