Position Overview
The Environmental Services Partner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of guest-facing and back-of-house areas throughout Harvest in the Gardens.
Reporting to the Venue Services Team Lead, this role performs routine cleaning, sanitation, waste removal, restroom maintenance, and venue preparation while supporting special events and daily operations. Environmental Services Partners help ensure the property remains safe, clean, and welcoming for guests and team members alike.

Areas of Stewardship
Guest Experience Stewardship
The Environmental Services Partner is responsible for maintaining clean, inviting, and comfortable spaces that enhance every guest's experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas throughout the property.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms to ensure they remain fully stocked and guest-ready.
- Respond promptly to spills, litter, and cleanliness concerns.
- Assist guests courteously when providing directions or answering basic questions.
- Monitor public spaces to maintain a welcoming appearance throughout operating hours.
Team Member Stewardship
- Work collaboratively with fellow Environmental Services Partners and other departments.
- Support operational teams during peak periods and special events.
- Communicate maintenance or sanitation concerns promptly.
- Participate in daily team briefings.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and service-oriented work environment.
Operational Stewardship
- Clean and sanitize indoor and outdoor guest areas according to established standards.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the property.
- Replenish restroom supplies and cleaning materials.
- Maintain walkways, entrances, break areas, offices, and operational spaces.
- Prepare venues before events and restore spaces afterward.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safely use approved chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns promptly.
Financial Stewardship
- Use cleaning supplies responsibly to minimize waste.
- Protect company equipment through proper operation and storage.
- Help preserve the appearance and condition of facilities and furnishings.
- Assist with inventory monitoring for cleaning supplies.
- Promote efficient use of departmental resources.
Cross-Functional Stewardship
- Coordinate with Events & Experiences to prepare venues before and after events.
- Support Food Experience teams by maintaining clean dining environments.
- Collaborate with Security to address safety concerns related to spills or hazards.
- Work with Maintenance Technicians by reporting repair needs promptly.
- Contribute to maintaining exceptional property standards across all departments.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, commercial cleaning, or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and equipment.
- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Working Conditions
This position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
The role requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling while working throughout indoor and outdoor environments. Team members should be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, equipment, varying weather conditions, and high-traffic public spaces.
