Harvest in the Gardens (HITG) is a hospitality destination where dining, entertainment, events, community, and attentive service come together.
We’re seeking energetic, adaptable, and guest-focused Experience & Events Partners to support live programming, events, activations, parties, and celebrations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting activities, and helping events come together.
About the Role
Reporting to the Events & Experiences Manager, the Experience & Events Partner supports assigned entertainment programmes and scheduled events.
Your work may include setup, guest participation, registration, event seating, children’s activities, celebration support, equipment movement, breakdown, and reset.
You will work with Party Hosts and other team members to deliver organized experiences.
Harvest Navigators provide property-wide greeting and navigation. Interactive Entertainment operators manage VR Arcade sessions and equipment. Your focus is the event or programme to which you are assigned.

Key Responsibilities
Event Guest Welcome & Engagement
Welcome guests attending assigned events and programmes.
Explain activities, schedules, and participation requirements accurately.
Encourage participation without creating pressure.
Assist with event-related questions and directions.
Recognize opportunities to make celebrations feel personal.
Escalate guest concerns when additional support is required.
Entertainment & Programme Support
Support live programming, seasonal activations, children’s activities, and special events.
Facilitate assigned games or activities when trained.
Assist with participation, seating, event queues, and transitions.
Attend rehearsals, briefings, and programme preparation.
Help maintain the energy of assigned experiences.
Adapt to changes in attendance, weather, or programme timing.
Event Setup, Delivery & Reset
Prepare tables, signage, décor, equipment, and guest areas.
Support registration, check-in, seating, and event movement.
Follow assigned timelines and instructions.
Monitor spaces and communicate concerns promptly.
Assist with breakdown, storage, and post-event reset.
Return equipment and supplies to designated locations.
Party & Celebration Support
Help prepare celebration spaces.
Support Party Hosts with activities, games, and special moments.
Assist children, families, and groups during assigned programming.
Coordinate changes and guest needs with the Party Host and Manager.
Help ensure purchased activities are delivered as planned.
Safety & Operational Readiness
Complete assigned readiness and safety checks.
Keep event spaces clean, organized, and accessible.
Follow equipment-handling and operating procedures.
Report damaged equipment, missing supplies, hazards, or maintenance needs.
Maintain clear walkways and appropriate guest flow.
Seek immediate assistance for serious safety or guest concerns.
Teamwork & Booked Outlet Coordination
Follow assignments from the Events & Experiences Manager.
Coordinate with Harvest Navigators on group arrivals and property directions.
Work with Food Experience, Venue Services, Security, and entertainment personnel.
Accompany or hand over groups attending confirmed Interactive Entertainment bookings.
Follow session timing and instructions provided by the outlet team.
Leave equipment operation, participant instructions, admission, and session safety with trained Interactive Entertainment operators.
Resource Stewardship
Handle décor, equipment, supplies, and company property carefully.
Minimize avoidable waste, loss, and damage.
Keep event resources organized.
Report missing or malfunctioning items.
Support HITG’s non-alcoholic beverage environment during events and celebrations.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
Your assignments will vary with the event calendar.
You may prepare a celebration space, support a community activity, assist live programming, manage event check-in, and help reset spaces after use.
The role involves:
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Indoor and outdoor activity.
Equipment and décor setup within safe handling procedures.
Frequent guest interaction.
Busy environments and changing weather.
Morning, evening, weekend, holiday, and special-event schedules.

Supervisory responsibilities
No formal supervisory responsibilities. May guide assigned guest activities when trained.
Required Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence engaging guests of different ages and backgrounds.
An energetic, approachable manner.
Good teamwork, organization, and adaptability.
Ability to follow activity, event, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to remain composed during busy events.
Willingness to learn different event and programme assignments.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, recreation, guest service, or celebrations.
Experience supporting parties, corporate functions, or live programming.
Experience facilitating children’s activities or games.
Experience speaking to or leading groups.
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Experience in hotels, resorts, family entertainment centres, or event venues.
