Environmental Services Supervisor
Environmental Services Supervisor
Harvest in the Gardens (HITG) — Nassau, Bahamas
Where Every Space Reflects Our Commitment to Excellence
Harvest in the Gardens (HITG) is a multi-concept destination where hospitality, culinary excellence, entertainment, retail, and community come together to create unforgettable experiences.
Guests often notice cleanliness before they notice anything else. A spotless, well-maintained environment communicates care, professionalism, safety, and pride. Every entrance, pathway, restroom, venue, attraction, dining area, and public space contributes to how guests experience Harvest in the Gardens.
We're seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor who leads by example, establishes clear standards, and ensures every environment consistently reflects the level of cleanliness and presentation expected at HITG.
This is an opportunity for an experienced, service-oriented professional who enjoys supervising people, maintaining exceptional presentation standards, solving operational problems, and creating environments where guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.
About the Role
The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of environmental services operations across Harvest in the Gardens.
Reporting directly to the Venue Services Manager, you will supervise Environmental Services team members, coordinate daily assignments and cleaning schedules, inspect completed work, monitor cleanliness and presentation throughout operating hours, manage cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure public and operational spaces remain safe, sanitary, clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
As part of HITG's opening leadership structure, the Environmental Services Supervisor will provide direct frontline supervision of the Environmental Services Team, serving as the primary operational leader for daily cleaning and presentation standards and a key point of escalation to the Venue Services Manager.
This is a highly visible, hands-on supervisory position. You will be expected to maintain a strong presence throughout the property, inspect work firsthand, provide immediate coaching when standards are not met, and work alongside the team when operational needs require additional support.
As the business grows, the Environmental Services structure may evolve to include additional frontline leadership positions based on property activity, operating hours, events, team size, and service demands.
Why This Role Matters
Cleanliness is one of the most visible expressions of hospitality.
Guests may not know who cleaned a restroom, polished a surface, removed waste, or prepared a public area—but they immediately recognize when those things have not been done well.
The Environmental Services Supervisor provides the daily oversight that ensures cleanliness is consistent rather than reactive.
Your leadership ensures team members know their assignments, inspections are completed, deficiencies are corrected promptly, supplies are available, and high-traffic areas receive the attention they require throughout the day.
By leading with consistency, attention to detail, urgency, and stewardship, you help create an environment where guests feel confident in the care HITG gives to its property.
