We're seeking a Security Supervisor who will take direct responsibility for supervising our frontline security operations and ensuring our Security Team is prepared, accountable, and positioned to protect our guests, team members, facilities, and assets.

This is an opportunity for an experienced, service-minded security professional who enjoys being actively involved in the operation while providing the structure, direction, accountability, and leadership a strong Security Team needs.

About the Role

The Security Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of security operations across Harvest in the Gardens.

Reporting directly to the Venue Services Manager, you will supervise Security Officers and assigned security personnel, coordinate daily deployment and shift coverage, conduct security briefings, monitor property conditions, oversee incident response, review security documentation, and ensure established security procedures and standards are consistently followed.

As part of HITG's opening leadership structure, the Security Supervisor will provide direct frontline supervision of the Security Team, serving as the primary operational security leader on shift and a key point of escalation to the Venue Services Manager.

This is a highly visible, hands-on supervisory position. You will be expected to maintain a strong presence throughout the property, provide clear direction to Security Officers, address operational and performance concerns promptly, and step directly into security operations when circumstances require.

As the business grows, the security structure may evolve to include additional frontline leadership positions to support increased operational needs, property activity, events, operating hours, and team size.

As Security Supervisor, you provide the operational oversight that keeps the Security Team prepared, properly deployed, informed, professional, and accountable.

Your leadership helps identify and prevent issues before they escalate, ensures incidents are handled appropriately, and reinforces consistent security practices across the property.

By remaining proactive, approachable, observant, and prepared, you help protect the people, property, assets, and reputation of Harvest in the Gardens while supporting an exceptional guest experience.
