Maintenance Supervisor

Harvest in the Gardens (HITG) — Nassau, Bahamas

Where Reliability Keeps Every Experience Running

Harvest in the Gardens (HITG) is a multi-concept destination where hospitality, culinary excellence, entertainment, retail, and community come together to create unforgettable experiences.

Behind every exceptional guest experience is a property that is safe, functional, well-maintained, and ready to perform. From lighting and plumbing to equipment, building systems, attractions, and facilities, every detail contributes to the confidence and comfort of our guests and team members.

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who leads with integrity, takes pride in craftsmanship, and ensures our facilities, equipment, and critical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably every day.

This is an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, supervising people, establishing strong preventative maintenance practices, and protecting the physical assets that make Harvest in the Gardens an exceptional destination.

About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of maintenance and facility support operations across Harvest in the Gardens.

Reporting directly to the Venue Services Manager, you will supervise Maintenance Technicians and assigned maintenance personnel, coordinate daily work assignments, prioritize maintenance requests, oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, monitor equipment and building conditions, coordinate approved contractors, and help ensure facilities remain safe, functional, reliable, and presentation-ready.

As part of HITG's opening leadership structure, the Maintenance Supervisor will provide direct frontline supervision of the Maintenance Team, serving as the primary operational maintenance leader and a key point of escalation to the Venue Services Manager.

This is a highly visible, hands-on supervisory role. You will be expected to work alongside the team when necessary while maintaining accountability for work quality, safety, completion timelines, documentation, and operational readiness.

As the business grows, the maintenance structure may evolve to include additional frontline leadership positions based on property demands, operating hours, team size, equipment complexity, and maintenance volume.

Why This Role Matters

Guests may never see much of the work Maintenance performs—and that's often the point.

When our buildings, equipment, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, fixtures, and other infrastructure operate as intended, our teams can focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

The Maintenance Supervisor provides the operational oversight needed to keep those systems functioning reliably.

Your leadership ensures maintenance concerns are identified early, repairs are prioritized appropriately, preventative maintenance is completed consistently, and problems are addressed before they create unnecessary disruption.
