Bahamas Harvest Church (BHC) and Harvest in the Gardens (HITG) are seeking a talented, thoughtful, and highly organized Graphic & Brand Manager to lead visual brand execution across both organizations.
This role requires more than strong design skills.
The Graphic & Brand Manager must understand how visual communication can support ministry, strengthen trust, influence perception, and help people connect with a message or experience.
At Bahamas Harvest Church, design is part of ministry communication. Every visual—from sermon graphics and conferences to community initiatives and digital content—should reflect the spirit, values, excellence, and Christian identity of the church.
At Harvest in the Gardens, visual communication helps shape the guest experience, strengthen individual concepts, support promotions, build brand recognition, and contribute to commercial growth.
About the Role
The Graphic & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality visual communication across BHC and HITG.
This role will translate marketing and ministry strategies into creative assets that are visually compelling, brand-aligned, timely, and appropriate for the intended audience.
What You’ll Do
BHC Ministry & Brand Design
- Develop visual assets supporting sermon series, worship services, conferences, outreach, ministry programmes, special events, campaigns, and church-wide initiatives.
- Ensure all BHC creative work reflects the Christian mission, culture, values, and pastoral direction of the church.
- Develop social media graphics, digital assets, presentation materials, signage, print collateral, event materials, and other ministry communication pieces.
- Support storytelling around testimonies, community impact, ministry activity, and life change.
- Work closely with ministry leaders and the Marketing & Creative Services Director to translate ministry priorities into strong visual communication.
- Maintain sensitivity to the spiritual responsibility associated with representing BHC publicly.
HITG Brand & Commercial Design
- Create visual assets supporting HITG dining concepts, retail experiences, events, entertainment, seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, and special activations.
- Develop differentiated creative work for individual HITG concepts while maintaining alignment with the overall HITG brand.
- Support campaigns designed to increase awareness, guest traffic, event attendance, engagement, and repeat visitation.
- Partner with marketing and operational leaders to ensure design supports clear business objectives.
- Develop campaign graphics, digital advertising, signage, promotional materials, menus, event collateral, and other guest-facing assets.
- Support the visual development of new concepts and experiences.
Brand Stewardship
- Protect and maintain the distinct visual identities of BHC and HITG.
- Maintain and update brand standards, templates, logos, typography, visual systems, and approved assets.
- Ensure consistency across print, digital, social, environmental, and promotional materials.
- Review materials for brand alignment before release.
- Maintain organized creative files and asset libraries.
- Help prevent inconsistent, outdated, or off-brand materials from entering circulation.
Creative Production & Coordination
- Translate approved briefs into high-quality visual concepts.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external production partners where required.
- Prepare files correctly for print, digital, signage, merchandise, and other formats.
- Support branded merchandise and promotional-item development.
- Work collaboratively with video, production, marketing, and broadcast teams to ensure visual consistency across platforms.

- BHC creative consistently reflects the church’s mission, Christian identity, and ministry priorities.
- HITG campaigns are visually strong, commercially relevant, and aligned with each concept.
- Brand standards remain consistent across both organizations.
- Creative requests are delivered accurately and on time.
- Design supports defined ministry or business objectives.
- Files, templates, and brand assets remain organized and accessible.
- Print and production errors are minimized.
- Internal stakeholders trust the quality and reliability of the creative function.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- Strong professional portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, digital design, and print work.
- Demonstrated experience with industry-standard design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive feedback and translate it into stronger creative work.
- Genuine alignment with the Christian faith, mission, values, culture, and ministry of Bahamas Harvest Church.
- Ability to operate comfortably and respectfully within a Christian ministry environment while also delivering commercially effective creative work for HITG.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a church, Christian ministry, or faith-based organization.
- Experience with hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, events, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience developing brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Experience with print production, signage, merchandise, digital campaigns, and environmental graphics.
Who You’ll Work With
The Graphic & Brand Manager will work closely with:
- Marketing & Creative Services Director — direct leadership, creative priorities, brand strategy, and campaign direction.
- BHC Pastoral and Ministry Leaders — to support ministry communication, events, services, programmes, and church-wide initiatives.
- Video & Production Director — to maintain visual consistency across video, digital, and campaign content.
- Television & Broadcast Coordinator (future) — to support branded broadcast and media assets.
- HITG General Manager, Operations Director, Entertainment & Events Director, and outlet leaders — as required to support business, campaign, programming, and guest-experience priorities.
- BHC Creative & Media Volunteers — where applicable to BHC ministry projects only.
