We're seeking a Full-Service Restaurant Manager who will lead the daily operation of our full-service restaurant by creating an environment where team members thrive, guests feel genuinely cared for, and operational excellence is evident in every detail.

About the Role
The Full-Service Restaurant Manager provides operational leadership for the daily front-of-house and dining room operations of a full-service restaurant within Harvest in the Gardens.
Reporting to the Food Experience Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient execution, strong communication between front- and back-of-house teams, and adherence to Harvest hospitality standards.
You will lead daily operations by coaching, directing, and supporting restaurant team members while creating an environment where guests receive outstanding service and memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
- Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
- Ensure the restaurant is guest-ready before every service period.
- Maintain exceptional service standards throughout each shift.
- Monitor dining room flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate opening, shift transition, and closing procedures.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality that reflects the Harvest culture.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the dining room.
- Build positive relationships with guests through genuine hospitality.
- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
- Encourage memorable guest experiences through attention to detail.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide daily coaching, direction, and support to restaurant team members.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings that align the team around daily priorities.
- Reinforce Harvest service standards through continuous coaching.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and respect.
- Recognize outstanding performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives in partnership with the People & Talent team and Food Experience Manager.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture that encourages continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate service activities between the dining room and culinary teams.
- Monitor service times and table management.
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Support special events and high-volume service periods.
- Identify operational improvements that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Financial Stewardship
- Support labor productivity through effective scheduling and floor management.
- Monitor operational supplies and minimize unnecessary waste.
- Assist in achieving departmental financial goals.
- Protect company assets through responsible operational practices.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout guest-facing areas.
- Reinforce company policies and operating procedures.
- Promote a safe working environment for both guests and team members.

What a Typical Week Looks Like
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role.
- 45–50%: Dining room leadership, guest interaction, and operational oversight
- 20–25%: Coaching team members and reinforcing service standards
- 15–20%: Scheduling, operational planning, and shift preparation
- 10–15%: Leadership meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives
Evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events are a regular part of this leadership position.
You will be expected to:
- Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout restaurant operations.
- Coach team members during active service.
- Respond quickly to guest and operational needs.
- Lead calmly and confidently during busy service periods.
- Ensure every guest receives genuine Harvest hospitality.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business education preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
- Experience leading full-service restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of guest service, scheduling, restaurant operations, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in upscale or multi-concept hospitality environments.
- Pre-opening restaurant experience.
- Experience leading high-volume service operations.
- Food Handler or Food Safety certification.
- Passion for coaching people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
